I spend a lot of time looking for great games that enhance numeracy skills, and the few students who have had a go at this one absolutely love it.
The rules are simple: place the 7 round pieces on your board according to the coordinates shown on the dice, then work to fit all the differently shaped pieces into the remaining spaces. There are five levels of difficulty, and it can be played individually or in competition with one other person.
Many of my students would like to play games at home but say there is no one to play with. This would be a great game for anyone in that position.
